I've recently purchased the 1080 Ti Hybrid card with built in liquid cooling. The radiator fan is working just fine, the LED's are on, and the benchmark I just ran clocked temperatures between 25-46 celsius on 1080p high settings. However, the fan on the card itself is not spinning at all.

The doofus at EVGA claimed the fans would not spin until the GPU temperature reached 60C. Also note that this GPU has 9 thermal sensors, so who knows which or how many has to reach 60C to make one or more fans run.
